Dear Colleagues:

On Friday, December 14th, the Joint Committee on Public Services will hold a hearing on H4767, the Governor's proposed Early Retirement Incentive Program, beginning at 11:00 am in Gardner Auditorium at the State House. This committee is co-chaired by Senator Brian Joyce and Representative Brian Dempsey. At the request of MTA, I plan to testify in support of this bill.

Members are welcome to attend the hearings if they would like. Members are also encouraged to contact their state representatives and senators, to urge that they write a letter to the Public Service Committee chairs (above) and/or appear at the hearing to support H4767.
