Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to report to those of you who belong to the DGCE/MSCA bargaining unit that the MSCA Board of Directors has recommended ratification of the proposed 2003-2006 Agreement between the DGCE/MSCA and the Board of Higher Education/Council of Presidents. A detailed summary of the proposed contract will be mailed to the home addresses of all members who have taught in DGCE since Summer Session I, 2003, and will be posted on the MSCA Website as soon as it is available.

The ratification vote is scheduled to be held on each local campus on Wednesday, March 31st, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Ballots will be counted on Friday, April 2nd, beginning at 12:30 pm, in the Foster Room at the Student Center at Worcester State College. Complete ratification information, including polling places at local campuses, will be sent to the home addresses of eligible voters in the DGCE bargaining unit later this month.
