Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to announce that the 2003-2006 MSCA/DGCE contract was ratified by vote of the membership on March 31st. The results will be published in the upcoming April issue of the MSCA Perspective.

A final copy of the contract will be prepared for execution later this spring. Thanks again to Bob Whalen, the DGCE Bargaining Committee and all those who assisted with the ratificiation process and who took the time to vote.
