DGCE Bargaining

The DGCE Bargaining team met with management on October 23, 2023. We agreed on ground rules and will be set to begin sharing proposals at our next meeting to be held via zoom on November 15, 2023 from 1:00-3:00. The union bargaining platform is prioritizing parity between the DGCE and Day contracts and will have important proposals to introduce that can make a significant impact on our working conditions.
