MSCA is fighting for you!

We know as faculty your schedules are filled with teaching, advising, and participating at your university. To save you time, this page contains critical information about MSCA's bargaining. â€‹

  • There is a quick overview of the components of our current bargaining platform. Think of them as clusters, each focused on parts of the CBA that members highlighted as areas of concern. You can click on each to read more details.

  • You can find the current Day CBA proposals and session updates. These documents are the actual materials put across the table in bargaining sessions. They have language edits, which track the proposed changes in the CBA. They are more in-depth and can change over each session as progress is made.

  • If you're new to bargaining, have questions about what the process looks like, or are curious about terminology there's a "Bargaining 101", which provides additional resources.

All of this information is also available in the drop menu using the "Bargaining" tab. We are working on launching a DGCE Bargaining tab soon. Email your local chapter should you need further information.
