Title II Bargaining

MSCA is currently impact bargaining over the Federal Title II ADA accommodations. The deadline to comply has been extended till April 26, 2027 (previously April 24, 2026). You can read more about the extension on the state website here.​

The MSCA President’s office is typically staffed at the following times/days:

  • M: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • T: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • W: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • H: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.​​​​
