DGCE Contract Negotiations
You can find information concerning the negotiations of the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education (DGCE) contract on this page. The DGCE contract, linked here, is an auxiliary contract for the state universities for teaching outside the Day contract.
MSCA has fought for the right of MSCA members to participate in these negotiations as silent bargaining representatives, a term used when discussing "union members who attend labor contract negotiations to observe, show collective strength, and provide internal support without speaking directly to management across the negotiation table" (Jewell).
