After our last meeting management in July, it was clear that we need to get our members out to the next Day negotiations on August 6th at Worcester State @ 10am to show Management that our members care about fair bargaining ground rules --that we require virtual and hybrid bargaining sessions given our workloads and the fact that our campuses are spread across the state. We don't want our members shut out of bargaining from the start.
If you are available, please join us as a Silent Representative! We recognize that it is difficult for our members to carve out time for bargaining, especially in the summer, and especially if there is a long commute on both ends. But that's why we need to win the right to bargain on Zoom!
